1. Participation Requirements

To participate in a break, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. All purchases must be made using valid payment methods, and all information provided (like shipping details) must be accurate and up to date.

2. All Sales Are Final

Once a spot is purchased or a product is opened live, all sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges based on the outcome of a break or product contents. Breaks involve chance, and by purchasing, you accept the risks involved.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a spot before a break begins, contact us ASAP. We may issue a refund only if the break has not started and your spot hasn’t been randomized. Once live or randomized, cancellations are not allowed.

4. Shipping Policy

Cards are typically shipped within [X] business days after the break. Breaks with Kyle is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after shipment

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

5. Damaged or Missing Items

We pack everything securely. If your cards arrive damaged due to shipping or you’re missing something, notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details. We’ll investigate and do our best to resolve it fairly.

6. Giveaways & Promotions

Giveaways are free and for fun. No purchase is necessary unless otherwise stated. Winners must follow all entry rules and respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

7. Code of Conduct

We aim to keep the vibe positive and inclusive. Harassment, trolling, hate speech, or disruptive behavior in the chat or comments will result in a ban—no questions asked.
